The Cuyahoga Valley Trails Council (CVTC) is an all volunteer non-profit organization dedicated to improving the trails in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park (CVNP). In addition to regular work sessions CVTC participates in special projects including Riverday, National Public Lands Day, National Trails Day, and Make A Difference Day.

Trail Work Sessions

Trail work projects are typically scheduled for one Saturday each month, from March through December. Anyone can be a trail work volunteer; no experience, special skills, or special tools are required. Volunteers clear new trails, install drainage systems, build bridges and steps, and perform many other vital maintenance functions. Materials are provided by the National Park Service. Fully trained crew leaders direct each project.
